Abstract Net neutrality has been the most relevant and heavily debated Internet regulation policy of the last decade. Net neutrality aims to prohibit discrimination between data packages in terms of content, origin, destination, or type of equipment used. However, the Big Tech companies, sheltered by the net neutrality policy, have flourished. El objetivo de esta tesis es estudiar las prácticas discriminatorias empleadas en el Mercado de Internet. Dichas prácticas han sido reguladas por la neutralidad de red en medio de un amplio y polémico debate político, económico y técnico. Con esta investigación, hemos querido analizar los efectos de los servicios de zero-rating desde una perspectiva teórica y experimental.
